The work includes complete demolition of buildings, including overhead and underground utility lines terminated at closest main connections, demolition of concrete slab, walkway and footings. Sites will be backfilled, leveled, and sodded. Asbestos shall be abated as per specifications. A complete set of specifications and drawings will be included in the solicitation. The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 14 Sealed The proposed contract listed here is solicited as a Small Business set?aside and is therefore subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.219?1.
