## Description

The Government seeks to competitively select an offeror and enter into a real estate agreement (Agreement) for a +/- 113 acre parcel located on the west side of Oceana Boulevard, 0.5 miles north of Tomcat Boulevard at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The successful offeror will be the end user of the property and will operate and maintain the Property for the term of the Agreement. In-kind consideration will be provided to the Navy of not less than the fair market value of the real estate interest in the Property.
