Request for Proposal N4008426R4998 D/B Construct Headquarters and Operations Building at Baucau Airfield, Timor-Leste is hereby posted. Enclosure 1. Proposal Inquiry form and Enclosure 4. Blank Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are provided in both pdf. and excel. formats, for your use. Pre-Solicitation Site Visit (PPSV) is scheduled on 8 July 2026, at 1000-1200 hours. Timor Leste local time.
