## Description

Attached are the Solicitation, Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Form, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The PPSV is scheduled on July 30, 2026, at 1500 (Philippine Time). Participants will meet at Gate 1 of Antonio Bautista Air Base, Palawan, Philippines.
