In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated between JPY25,000,000 to JPY50,000,000.This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedures with the intent to award a single firm-fixed-price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only.
