## Description

The proposed requirement will provide Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services (PMI) with the following requirements:

**1. Recurring Work:** The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter Kitchen Equipment and Systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition.a)

**Service Orders:** The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure the Kitchen Equipment and Systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly.b) Preventive Maintenance (PM)

**Program:** The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for Kitchen Equipment and Systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life.

**2. Non-Recurring Work:** Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs for task listings, descriptions and related requirements
