The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333921 –Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the preventive maintenance program and service orders for vertical transportation equipment system in CFAY, Kanto Plain for CFAY base wide contract and outlying area supported by this installation, under a performance-based, Facilities Support Contract (FSC) that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The work includes maintenance program and inspection, testing and certification program to maintain and repair installed equipment and systems. All maintenance and repair shall be performed by personnel trained and certified by the OEM. The period of performance shall be 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2032 with base period and six one-year options.
