PROTECTION SYSTEMS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION SERVICES AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER, U.S. NAVAL HOSPITAL (USNH) & BRANCH CLINICS/FACILITIES OKINAWA, JAPAN. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. Anticipated contract will be a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. Anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Interested parties can view and/or download the solicitation when it becomes available. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the SAM website for any posted changes. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTERESTED PARTY TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED TO THE SOLICITATION. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan.
