## Description

The Department of the Navy seeks to award a one-year lease, with nine (9) one-year renewal options in Prince William County or Stafford County, Virginia and within a 15-mile driving radius of the National Museum of the Marine Corps located at 1775 Semper Fidelis Way, Triangle, Virginia 22172-1938.
