The description of work is a design-bid-build project that will include construction of a new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and Support Facility at Marine Barracks Washington, DC. This project constructs a multi-rise, mixed-use steel frame, brick-clad infill facility to provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Housing (UH), dining hall, fitness center, armory, and non-commissioned officer (NCO) club. The unaccompanied housing will provide125 rooms with semi-private baths in the standard 2+0 room configuration. The community and service core areas will come equipped laundry facilities, lounges, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms. Additionally, there will be a fitness center will include group exercise rooms, weight rooms, locker rooms and administrative spaces.
