## Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Information Technology Center (NIC) has a requirement for support services for the migration of data and user accounts from the current electronic construction management system (eCMS) to the new NAVFAC construction Management application. The requirement is further detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
