## Description

University of Hawaii submitted a pre-proposal for need topic N-0300-25, Research that Pertains to the LMR Investment Areas, in response to the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) N3943024S2010. This BAA, seeking research and development proposals, utilizes the source selection procedures dictated at FAR 35.016(e) that: "the primary basis for selecting proposals for acceptance shall be technical, importance to agency programs, and fund availability."
