Requirements for the system are detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The expected trailer replacement will be 24-48 hours after notification with an expedited delivery option not to exceed 24 hours. Pressure vessel testing certifications, on all tube trailers, shall be up to date, valid and not expiring within time frame the tube trailer in use at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The Place of Performance will be Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME. **Period of Performance:** Base 8/4/2026-to-8/2/2027 (52 Weeks) Option year 1: 8/3/2027-to-8/1/2028 (52 Weeks) Option year 2: 8/2/2028-to-8/1/2029 (52 Weeks) Option year 3: 8/2/2029-to-1/30/2030 (26 Weeks) This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing these services prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ).
