**11/24/25- Update:** Added attachment for Questions and Answers Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking quote for (2) 20FT Conex Boxes with transport in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Please review the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and return a completed copy. Please ensure to include and specifications and technical information relating to the units being quoted for technical evaluation.

**Place of Performance:** Inital delivery to NLON- Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT with transport to PNSY- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME.
