These Past Performance references may describe an Offerors experience as either a prime or subcontractor. If any proposed subcontractor or teaming partner will perform more than 20% of the total contract effort (i.e., Man Hours), the Offeror shall submit at least one (1) Past Performance reference for each proposed subcontractor or teaming partner.
