## Description

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) has a requirement to rent three (3) Diesel-Powered mobile tier 4 generator with built in fuel tank. Though an automatic internal load bank to prevent light loading is an advantage the government will accept an external load bank that is completely self-contained and freestanding which includes all resistive and reactive load elements. This requirement will support the maintenance and repair of a Virginia class submarine, at Groton Naval Base, Groton, CT.
