These Basic Ordering Agreements have been assigned in accordance with FAR 16.703. Additional BOAs will not be assigned and executed prior to the next BOA solicitation opportunity. The current Agreement Period has been established as 1-JULY-2024 TO 30-JUNE-2029. These Agreements are executed with no cost ceiling; all pricing is to be established on the delivery orders executed under them. Opportunities for entry into the program will be made available minimally on an annual basis for the first 3 years of the agreement period.
