## Description

This notice serves as Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's intent to Sole Source the following requirements: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) requires the Comprehensive evaluation and corrective maintenance of its Model MACH4-4080C-0T Flow WaterJet machine. This notice of intent to sole source is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The order will be awarded IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No hard copy Request for quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement.

**Flow International Corporation (CAGE:** 1DJA5) is the original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and thus owns the proprietary data - including drawings, equipment, software and approved processes required to perform the work.
