## Description

This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for renewal of Sole Source Accusoft Prizm Viewer maintenance in accordance with Attachments. The License period is 29 Jun 2024 to 28 June-2025. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Accusoft Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
