## Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.

2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03 and DFARS Change Notice 2024-0215. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. **750 Employees REQUIREMENT INFORMATION:** The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following:

Repairs, retrofit and upgrades for two (2 EA.) Megger CB-360DC Circuit Breaker Test Sets. These high value components support the government and would be a substantial cost to replace. * Required Delivery Date/Period of Performance: 8/2/2024 * Place of Performance: Repairs completed at Vendor facility METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
