**TBD Description:** The Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) PM41 requires one, U.S. Flag, Jones Act compliant, ocean-going certified tug capable of towing one Crane Barge BD 6801 “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010).” Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of departure is Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA.
