## Description

This construction project is a firm fixed price, design-bid-build construction contract on a limited competition basis for the renovation of facilities at Keflavik Air Station, Iceland for Fleet operations support.

The contract covering this work will convert and upgrade three facilities (Buildings 126, 127, and 128) representing approximately 40,000 SF. co-located on a single site to support multi-function requirements for rotational and planned-surge operations, including administrative space and transient billeting.
