The purpose of the modification is to increase the ceiling level of the JOC IDIQ by $9.6M from $75M to $84.6M. This increase allows for continued mission essential work to be performed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti through the third quarter of the fiscal year. NAVFAC EURAFCENT intends to award a follow-on JOC before the beginning of the fourth quarter of FY26. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 2:00PM EST on 01 April 2026.
