This notice is a market research tool to assess crane manufacturers' interest in building cranes for the Navy that adhere to commercial standards and are priced competitively based on simplified requirements.

The information will be used within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM) Atlantic / Navy Crane Center, Portsmouth, VA, to facilitate the decision-making process. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. There will not be a solicitation, specification, or drawings associated with this notice.
