Travel time to and from the site as well as expenses for the field service engineer are included within the price. The onsite work shall be coordinated between the customer and the company with a minimum of one (1) week notice. A work day consists of a maximum of eight (8) hours. Working days shall be schedule during the hours of 0700-1600 Monday through Friday unless otherwise agreed. The onsite services exclude the supply of any spare parts, consumables, repairs, modifications, upgrades, special tools or test equipment, other than what is defined within this proposal or deemed necessary by the vendor to complete the stated work. Upon successful completion of onsite service the company will provide a standard service call report which is to be signed by the customer.
