## Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Roberts Oxegen, Rockville, MD. 20850. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Perma-Cyl Micro-bulk liquid oxygen system to include special tanks, hoses and pressure. The NAICS code for this action is 325120. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.

Due to the nature of the desired services/products need to accomplish the mission of NMRC; no third party vendor services will be accepted. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/.
