Statement of Work A full maintenance service plan needs to be set up for three incubators, one refrigerator, two -20C freezers, and four -80C freezers. Service needs to be performed on these units on at least an annual basis and additionally if problems arise to ensure proper functioning and safety of users for NIDDL and to ensure compliance with the regulation from the College of American Pathologist (CAP) as the accrediting body for NIDDL. In addition, the vendor needs to be able to provide an equivalent substitute loaner freezer if a freezer fails and the service needs to take place off-site.
