## Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Life Technology in Carlsbad, CA. This requirement is a OEM/Brand Name Requirement to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for a preventive maintenance to include routine preventative maintenance visits, unlimited repair services in a competent and efficient manner, and supply replacement parts as part of the contract. This requirement is for a base year contract with 3 options years, with pricing across all years. Specific items include:

1. Clin 0001 7500 FAST Real Time PCR System AB Assurance 1PM 2. Clin 0002 QUANTSTUDIO 5, 0.1ML BLOCK AB Assurance 1PM The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management.
