## Description

This solicitation is being issued as full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 811210. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered.

The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform these services. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror.
