## Description

This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 339112. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered.

The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. **NUSH026- Lumify Rugged System Bundle:** L12-4/C5-2/S4-1, a portable ultrasound with handheld scanners capable of visualizing the vascular and respiratory system is needed to complete this study. This equipment is essential for accurate and precise assessments of thrombus formation and progression in rodents. We specifically require an ultrasound system with transducers for abdominal applications, vascular imaging applications and lung imaging capabilities. Visualizing, detecting, and measuring clots in vivo is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of the partial occlusion model.
