## Description

This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 325120. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. No third party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated.

This requirement needs a vendor to supply medical grade CO2 gas. The cylinder should be 50 pounds and require a CGA 320 connection. The rental fees should cover the cost of six cylinders on-site year-round. The vendor will supply a delivery or pick up receipt including all tank serial numbers, date, and time of delivery or pick up, for Naval Medical Research Unit, San Antonio, TX. This will support NAMRU-SA research projects with marginal disruption.

**POP:** FY 24 - FY 28; The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 12 months followed by three 12-month option periods for a total of 48 months. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for additional details.

**NEW UPDATE:** Please include the daily rental fees for the tanks in the RFQ and include all total costs in the CO2 Pricing Template attachement (see Excel Spreadsheet in the attachement).
