## Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source order to, Werfen in Bedford, Massachusetts. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. The government intends on awarding a firm fixed price contract for this requirement.

The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
