## Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Creative BioLabs,Inc., Shirley, NY 11967. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Antibody Purification Service - QTY: 1 2. ADC Production Services - QTY:

**2 (Note:** The standard QC includes the characterization of ADCs by Mass Spectrometry as:

(1) SEC for aggregation (Agg%);

(2) HIC for unconjugated antibody (UmAb%);

(3) LC-MS or HIC for DAR 3. ICE PACK SHIPPING & HANDLING The NAICS code for this action is 541714. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
