## Description

The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA. 95131. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

**Note:** You must be an authorized sub-contractor of BD Biosciences The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
