The Product Service Code is W046 - Lease or Rental of Equipment - Water purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentaive Period of Performance is 03 November - 09 July 2026 Please note the following: Quote is due no later than 27 October 2025 08:00 AM HST. Quote must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact (POC). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters must be completed upon sumbmission. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.212-3 All questions regarding solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due by 23 October 2025 08:00 AM HST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, DFARS 01/17/2025, and NMCARS 18-25.
