## Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This pre-solicitation notice issued solely for informational and planning purposes. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of the synopsis. It does not constitute as a solicitation for bid or quotes, and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.

This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0075 and in accordance with FAR 5.204. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a full and open competition strategy Firm-Fixed Price contract to repair the propulsor onboard a Virginia-class submarine. The requirement is to accomplish the inspection and repair of propulsor “PC. 1A” and leading edge ring that are in accordance with work package HRMC-515-24.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standards for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment – Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.
