PHNSY&IMF will be responsible for shipping instruments to the Contractor’s facility. The contractor shall ship instruments back to the government as FOB destination via traceable means. Contractor must ship to the following address and POC. Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached draft PWS. The tentative Period of Performance (POP) is from 31 May 2024 to 31 December 2024. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1. Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, SAM.gov Unique ID number; and 2. Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
