**TBD Description:** One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 135,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP8) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

**Place of Contract Performance:** The intended loading port/place is Saint Theodori, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharge port/place is Mersin, Turkey (TURKNATO Terminal). The laydays commence 04 December and cancel 05 December 2026, and the period of performance is one voyage.

**Set-aside Status:** N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
