THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires the storage of government owned Aqueous Film Forming Fluid (AFFF) to support installed foam systems aboard its vessels in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
