## Description

The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Support and Services Division (N102) is executing a non-competitive second bridge contract action for MSC Worldwide Paint Program. This bridge contract will provide continuous paints, coatings, solvents, preservation products, and associated engineering/technical services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the contract.

The Contractor will provide products and services in support of MSC’s Engineering Division (N7), for MSC ships and GOGO (Government Owned Government Operated) or GOCO (Government Owned Contractor Operated) ships designated by MSC. This is a Sole-Source, Fixed Price-Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA), IDIQ D-type Bridge contract. The Period of Performance will be a six (6) month Base Period from 14 June 2025 – 13 Dec 2025 and a six (6) month Option Period from 14 Dec 2025 to 13 June 2026.
