## Description

1. This is a combine synopis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpar 12.6 as supplmentented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the onlu solicitations: quatotions are being requested and written solicitation will be issued.

2. Solicitation number is N3220525Q0278 and is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

3. it is anticipated one firm fix priced purchase order will be issues in response for quotes(RFQ). No commercial financing. Cooper-Crouse-Hinds, Orginial Equipment Manufactuer (OEM) parts are required Greybar electric Company is an autorise distrbutor. Any offer other than OEM parts will not be considered.

4. The requirment deilivery is FOB destination and accepated date is July 11, 2024. Delivery and acceptance will occur at MSC SSU BATS SAN DIEGO 9284 BALBOA AVE. SAN DIEGO, CA. 92123
