## Description

1. This is a combined synopis/solictation for commerial items prepared in accorandance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will be issued.

2. Solicitation number is N3220524Q0125 and is being issued as a request for quotes(RFQ) 3. It is anticipated one firm fixed priced purchase order will be issued in response to this RFQ. No commerical financing. The Valve Automation and Controls (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. 4. The requirment delivery is FOB destination and acceptance date is March 15, 2024. Delivery and acceptance will occur at N40443 MSC SSU BATS SAN DIEGO, 9284 BALBOA AVE. SAN DIEGO, CA. 92123
