## Description

This item describes original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technical services required for a replacing the Video Management Servers VMS1, and VMS2 and upgrading to the new Ocularis system on USNS BRUNSWICK (T-EPF 6) with the version that is currently installed on EPF 13.
