This requirement is for worldwide paint, coatings, solvents, preservation products and engineering technical services for the MSC Fleet Paint Program. The Government is contracting for products and services, in addition to availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the planned contract. Services under the scope of the planned contract include engineering support services, technical evaluation and troubleshooting services.
