## Description

Justification and Approval to increase the shared ceiling on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts N3220521D4105 (P00007) to MAN Energy Solutions Middle East, LLC and N3220521D4106 (P00008) to Fairbanks Morse, LLC. Shared ceiling was increased by $137M from $333M to $470M. Place of Performance and delivery is within the Continental United States and territories (CONUS) as well as outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).
