The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with FieldPrint Inc. (CAGE: 5TFA7) under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.103-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit an award of a contract. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
