It adheres to NAVAIRINST 4200.39D and PMA-264 program-specific requirements. ELIGIBILITY The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement will be V121 (Transportation/travel/relocation- Transportation: Air Charter). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 481219 (Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation). This requirement is being pursued via full and open competition. CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) Certain attachments associated with this solicitation contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
