Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://sam.gov This is a firm fixed price procurement therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with NTT Data Japan Corporation which is a Large Business. Vendors must be NTT Data Japan Corporation authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received.
