## Description

SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command – Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intent to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order for the Cognitive Radar Electronic Attack Environment (CREATE) system. This requirement will issue a new Completion based delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042124G0004 to Mercury Systems, Inc., 50 Minuteman Road, Andover MA 01810.
