## Description

Solicitation N0042125Q1320 is issued as a Brand Name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, for L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., dba Harris Corp cables and assemblies, under the authority implemented under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This may be accomplished electronically at (https://www.sam.gov/sam/). See Attached RFQ nterested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by Time 3: 00pm (EST) on 15 September 2025 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
